official plan documents, the plan documents

will govern.

change or discontinue any of its benefit plans at

the Company’s discretion. Benefit plan entitlement

and terms and conditions for employees covered

by a collective bargaining agreement are subject

to discussions between the parties under the terms

of that agreement and applicable labor laws.
