These documents are a summary plan description (SPD) — a summary of the formal documents that govern operation of the Chevron Phillips Chemical Puerto Rico Core LLC benefits plans in Puerto Rico. If there is any discrepancies between this SPD and the official plan documents, the plan documents will govern.
